The Department of Pharmacognosy and Medicinal Plants held a seminar On Thursday, 29/4/2021, entitled: (Education and Accelerated learning by Using Interactive Test Platforms)

The seminar was given by Assistant Lecturer Karrar Abdulameer Hassoun Al-Jammali, in which he addressed the interactive test platforms in the attendance lectures, that include a question-based program where a one common screen is displayed for all the students present in the study hall and then a PIN code is created that all students can use to access questions on their devices. All of them are connected to the Internet, and then from their devices, they have to answer the questions that formulated by the Lecturer of the subject, which appear only on the main display of the study hall in attendance. Such platforms are (Kahoot and Quizizz), and these types of tests were tried in the seminar.
This type of interactive attendance tests is used in the rapid deployment of information by the Lecturer to the students, as well as in the rapid acquisition of knowledge, as well as used by the Lecturer to know the strengths and weaknesses of the student in understanding the academic topic during the lecture and processing it.
